So far $1 has been raised on the donation page for a 16-year-old thug, currently being held for shooting a police dog and armed burglary. The donation came with an angry message and wishes that the teen spend some quality time in jail. If the family spent time training this creature instead of trying to keep him out of jail, perhaps he would have more sense.
The thug culture continues to consume a generation.
