regulators shut down four more banks in Maryland, Illinois, Florida and Utah, bringing the total to 26 this year. These banks aren't too big to fail, but there's a reason banks are still collapsing. Meanwhile the federal government is still sitting on hundreds of billions of dollars in TARP money, using it for whatever they like (GM bailout, more for AIG, etc).
