One of Rio's biggest samba schools has selected a 7-year-old girl to lead it's troop during carnival. This is disgusting. From everything I've seen (and enjoyed...heh heh heh), the women in the carnival parade are half-naked, gyrating and shaking machines turned on full blast. Pause...heh heh heh....
Anyway, I know it's a way of life for them but I wouldn't even let my child on the streets during carnival. I can't stand to see people put children in any sort of sexually suggestive situation. I put the toddlers in tiaras crowd in the same category of sickness. Something isn't right with trying to make a little girl look like a grown woman.
