North Korea Launched Cyber-attack Against US
Reports are surfacing that North Korea, instead of launching missiles at Hawaii on July 4, conducted a massive cyber-attack on key US targets and targets in South Korea. The attack included the White House, NASDAQ, the NYSE and South Korea's National Intelligence Service.

I'm sure another really mean letter is on the way to the gargoyle.

Sick Sausage Visits Vet


"Link" wasn't feeling so well so he had to pay a visit to the vet. The process to find out what was wrong was involved and a bit pricey. But hey, ya gotta.

Good news.

After successful treatment, "Link" is back up and as hyper as ever. When I came home today he actually showed gratitude. It's like he understood that my taking him to the vet yesterday is what helped him feel better.

That's why dogs are such great pets/animal companions.

Climate Goals Change

Participants in the 17-nation "Major Economies Forum" failed to agree on a goal of halving CO2 emissions by 2050. Why? China and India aren't going for it. China and India want "rich" nations to go first by making major reductions by 2020.

WAIT...

This article raises 2 questions:
  • If China and India don't want to agree to these CO2 reductions because they know it will hurt their economies, why do Democrats think we're dumb enough to believe it will be so good for us?
  • If the U.S. is borrowing money from China at the rate of about a million dollars a minute, how are we considered rich while they're considered poor?
