Pedophile Faces a Real Judge

Kudos to Circuit Judge Lisa Dodson imposed the maximum penalties Monday on two counts of rape and one count of sexual battery. David Paul Anderson, 48, will serve two life terms plus 30 years for raping a child when she was 11 years old.

This is much better than pedophile-in-hiding judges like:

• Judge Richard T. Moses released a pedophile(convicted of raping a 7-year-old boy) over the objections of prosecutors and a panel of psychologists. The pedophile went on to rape a 6 year old boy. Judge Moses needs to be investigated.

• Vermont State Judge Edward J. Cashman became infamous for suspending all but 60-days of a 10-years-to-life sentence for vile creature who raped a 6-year-old girl repeatedly until he was caught (it took 4 years). Someone should follow this man and keep an eye on him.
  

I'm all for understanding and compassion, but there are some things that must be dealt with in the most brutal and draconian fashion. Victimizing children is at the top of the list. I tire of excuses being made for every possible behavior.

Here's a simple rule: Don't involve children, animals or unwilling adults.
