Is This It for Dick Cheney?
It seems that VP Dick Cheney had a secret program and directed the CIA to withhold the program from Congress. Dems, like Senator Dianne Feinstein, are salivating at the chance to destroy the man that some of them hate more Stalin.

Some CIA insiders are reportedly telling Mr. Panetta that the program hadn't developed far enough along to merit a Congressional briefing. Panetta, shocker, disagrees.
